In January 2026, benchmark apartment prices across various regions fell by approximately 9% to 13% year-over-year. Markham and Vaughan saw the largest declines, with benchmark apartment prices falling by 13% compared to the same period last year.
On the other hand, benchmark prices in various regions fell by 1% to 4% compared to the previous month.
