APARTMENT BENCHMARK PRICE, January 2026
In January 2026, the benchmark prices for condos in various regions recorded with a year-over-year decrease of about 9-13%. Among these regions, Markham and Vaughan saw the largest drops, with benchmark condo prices down by 13% compared to the same period last year.
On the other hand, the benchmark prices in various regions saw a 1–4% decline compared to the previous month.
