In January, the average selling price for detached homes in Toronto was $1.54 million, marking a year-on-year decrease of 2.4% and a 3% increase compared to the previous month. Condo townhouses and condominium apartments had average selling prices of $770k and $630k, respectively, representing a decline of about 10% compared to last year.

Sales of both detached and semi-detached houses saw an decrease of approximately 25% compared to December of last year. Sales ratios for various property types all remained above 20%, with semi-detached homes reaching 41%.
